The first two infantry(bases) for my Gepanzerte Panzergrenadier Platoon are done! Damn that was hard.
Everything is so tiny, and I found myself wondering what some of the equipment really were...

SUMMERTIME

Summertime has finally struck Sweden. It's so hot and the only thing I have energy to do is to stay in the water. I do have good news though. I got a few friends to be really interested in getting an Flames Of War army!! At least four of them are gonna buy some miniatures, so there will be battlereports, my friends minis and some great terrainbuilding in a near future.

Well lads, time for an update. 'Bout time, right?
It's been a while, and I have had very much at work last couple of weeks, but I have managed to do some stuff during some evenings.
First of all I bought myself a small compressor for my airbrush (wich I purchased 1,5 years ago and havn't tried it out until now) and decided to try it on my StuG G's.
This was pretty hard, but I think I've got the hang of it... soon. Worst part is cleaning it, hehe.
Well, I decided to post a few work in progress shots of the first StuG.

There's some more things to fix so an update will come in a few days when it is done!

CHANGES...

I changed the order... Completely. I felt that I couldn't afford the stuff I first planned.
But I made a pretty good decision though.
I decided to go for the German Armour paintset (mainly for lacking three colors and the shop I order from are the cheapest in the country I live in on FOW products, but doesn't stock the Vallejo range), the Art Of War II book (for inspiration) and (most important of all) Fortress Europe!
Yep! Changed it so I can focus on one (for a starter) army and truly spend time on it. So while I'm working on the two StuG's and doing some terrain tests, I'll fully plan a complete army and stick to it.
